To ensure a safe and trustworthy booking experience, Yuanhang Trip is committed to preventing fraud, identity theft, money laundering and all illegal transactions. We fully comply with applicable laws and international risk control regulations.
1. Identity Verification
We may request identity verification (e.g. passport or government-issued ID) for large-value bookings, group tours, or suspicious transactions. Failure to complete verification or providing false information may result in booking cancellation and account suspension.
2. Transaction Monitoring
We monitor booking patterns, IP addresses, contact details and payment information. Orders flagged for bulk bookings under different names, mismatched billing and travel information, frequent chargebacks, or other irregularities may be declined or cancelled without prior notice.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Stolen or unauthorized use of credit/debit cards
- Money laundering or layered transactions
- Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes
- Third-party bookings using stolen personal information
- Any form of payment fraud or identity misrepresentation
Violators will have their bookings terminated immediately and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities and financial institutions.
4. Chargeback Policy
If you believe an unauthorized charge has been made, please contact us first at voyagetravel520@gmail.com before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent account suspension and legal action.
5. Data Protection
All personal and payment data is encrypted and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.
