3.Accommodation: 3 nights of comfortable hotel accommodation in the heart of Guilin and Yangshuo throughout the itinerary.
4.Insurance: Comprehensive travel agency liability insurance for the duration of the trip.

Not Included
1.Return Airfare: International flights are not included. (Flight booking assistance is available upon request through our agency.)
2.Visa Fees: Visa costs are not included. (Our company offers visa application assistance at USD 35 per person.)
3.Single Room Supplement: We will make every effort to arrange shared accommodation for unmatched solo male or female travelers. If sharing cannot be arranged, a single room supplement will apply.
4.Local Gratuities: Customary local tips are not included in the package price.
5.Personal Expenses: Not included are customs duties upon entry/exit, excess baggage fees, communication charges, beverages, tobacco, alcohol, and any other costs arising from personal or private activities.
6.Accidental Loss & Liability: The travel agency bears no responsibility for any personal injury or property loss resulting from a traveler’s violation of the code of conduct, personal negligence, actions during free-time activities, or pre-existing medical conditions.
7.Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure circumstances — including transportation delays, strikes, severe weather, aircraft mechanical failures, or flight cancellations/rescheduling — our agency will provide coordination assistance only. Any additional costs incurred as a result shall be borne solely by the traveler.
8.Optional Activities (Own Expense):
- Guanyan Cave round-trip slide: approx. CNY 80 per person (optional, own expense)
- Yaoshan Scenic Area round-trip cable car: approx. CNY 80 per person (own expense)
- Li River embarkation-point electric cart: one-way CNY 15 per person / return CNY 25 per person (own expense)
9.Personal Accident Insurance: Travelers are strongly advised to purchase personal accident insurance designated by the local tourism authority through our travel agency.
Children’s & Participation Policy
Children taller than 1 metre must purchase an adult ticket and share a bamboo raft with an adult for the Yulong River experience. Pregnant women, and individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or severe physical disabilities are not permitted to participate in the bamboo-raft rafting activity. Child pricing for other activities is available upon enquiry. An extra bed surcharge may apply at certain hotels.
